- At least two references from previous clients
How to Price Your Quotation
All submitted quotations must comply with the following pricing guidelines:
- Prices must be quoted in United States Dollars (USD)
- Prices must include VAT and all applicable taxes
- Prices must include delivery and transportation costs to Yei Field Office
- Quotations must remain valid for at least 30 days

How Quotations Are Assessed
Submissions will be evaluated based on: administrative compliance, technical compliance with specifications, cost competitiveness, and delivery timeline. KONETA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations.
